Hiring Alert! Admin Executive
Major Responsibilities:
· Manage office space & Guesthouse, including ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the premises.
· Petty cash management and reimbursement.
· Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies (long haul trucks, warehouse, Fixed assets insurance etc.).
· Maintain accurate records of insurance documents and communicate with insurance providers to address any issues or updates.
· Provide IT services to office staff.
