Required Admin Manager
Looking for an Admin Manager for our regional office at Lahore who will be responsible for planning and leading various administration procedures and systems within and outside the office for providing continuous support to our Lahore and Outstation restaurants.
Remain in coordination with the Head Office at Karachi for acquiring approvals and ensure implementation in the region.
• Organize office activities as well as provide administrative support to office staff alongside restaurants in Central region.
• Have strong communication and relationship management skills to engage all employees as well as liaise with autonomous / govt. & legal bodies for resolution of labor law /other legal & administrative matters as and when required.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate restaurant business operations
• Ensure intact security and maintenance at all our restaurants.
• Conduct investigations for pilferage/misconduct at office or restaurants and submit report with recommendations.
Experience & Qualification: Must be Masters with at least 5 – 7 years of managerial experience in large size companies (Preferably in retail or FMCG).
