BlueEX is hiring “Manager HR” for Karachi Office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
– Oversee recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring efficient talent acquisition and retention strategies.
– Lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee well-being initiatives.
– Manage performance systems, including appraisals, feedback, and training programs.
– Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
– Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on best practices.
– Engage with team members to drive the success of HR goals.

Requirements:
– Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR leadership role.
– Strong command of labor laws, HRMS, and HR best practices.
– Handle EOBI, SESI, and PESSI operations.
– Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
– Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
